This is the current Aeroneb GO Complete Package from evo Medical Solutions.

The main difference between these to models is the AC power supply.  The new 7090 uses an AC power supply that plugs into the newly designed battery controller and supplies AC power through the battery controller. The older style AC power supply connected directly to the OnQ Micropump.

Take a look at the photo to your left and you will see the set-up.

The battery controller and the AC power supply on the older models contained a electronics board that produced the signal that caused the OnQ Micropump to product your mist for treatments. 
The new model uses only the battery controller to produce the signal therefore making the package much smaller and lighter when traveling.
