Nebulizer kit are the most important part of the nebulizer setup and yet the least understood. The breathing machine that delivers air the the medication cup is called the compressor. The part that you hold in your hand during breathing treatments is called the nebulizer or med-cup. Nebulizers come in to styles, disposable and long-term often known as a jet nebulizer. Disposable nebulizers should be replaced every two weeks. Long-term jet nebulizers such as the LC Sprint can be used up to six months.
