Although we have several select items that ship freight free, all order over $160.00 receive FREE Shipping.

Standard shipping charges are based on the total dollar value of your order.

$0.00 - $8.99 = Shipping Charge $5.95
$9.00 - $19.99 = Shipping Charge $7.95
$20.00 - $29.99 = Shipping Charge $8.95
$30.00 - $69.99 = Shipping Charge $11.95
$70.00 - $149.94 = Shipping Charge $12.95
$160.00 + FREE SHIPPING
(Some products offer Free Shipping a below $160.00)

When will my order ship?
Items ordered by 4:00 pm eastern time normally ship the same day.

Items ordered online after normal business hours normally ship the next business day.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

How will my order ship?
Orders with a total weight of less then 14 ounces will typically ship by UPSP (standard US mail service).

Orders with a total weight of between 14 ounces and 2 lbs. will typically ship by Priority Mail.

Orders totaling over 2 lbs. will ship typically ship by UPS ground. Some items in this weight range may also be shipped by Priority Mail if signature is required.

Can I request special delivery such as Next Day Air?
Yes, but you will need to contact our customer service for a rate increase quote. 

Our online system is designed to automatically calculate shipping based on the sales amount. 

Special delivery's need to be handled manually to insure correct rates.  Simply call us at 1-800-838-8367 and we will be happy to assist you.||

HealthConnection, Inc. does NOT guarantee special shipping delivery.  The responsibility rest solely on the shipping company to delivery on time.  Any disputes regarding special shipping is between you and the carrier.
