Reusable carbon electrodes used with TENS, NMES, Interferential and other electrotherapy devices.

This electrode is 2" square (5cm) with a foam top for water resistance, self-adhesive with aggressive gel for greater performance and longer use.

This high quality carbon electrode has superior current dispersion with very low impedance (as low as 8 ohms).  This results in enhanced patient comfort and improved stimulation performance.

Why should you care about electrode quality?  The electrode is the pathway through which the electrical stimulation of the TENS enters the target tissue. Electrodes are the components that come into contact with your skin.  Skin tissue has high impedance (resistance), so it is critical to have good electrode contact. Good quality current dispersion and low electrode impedance to allow the electrical current to pass thru the skin more efficiently.  Poor quality in TENS units and/or electrodes can result in discomfort associated with TENS.
