Hello, I received my gloves a couple weeks ago. THEY ARE AWESOME.
The pain in my joints has gotten 90% better and my carpal tunnel problems have gotten so much better that I told my Dr. I did not need surgery.
However, I do still need to have the surgery.

I work with vendors and suppliers every day. "Customer Service" has become just a clich to most businesses. I definitely know how frustrating it can be to buy something that is "Under Warranty", but when something goes wrong with it, the customer is hardly ever satisfied. This is why it was so refreshing when I call your Company and spoke with Tom about my problem. His 1st priority was to correct the problem, quickly and courteously. You should be glad to have him.
Thanks for all of your assistance. A LOT of other companies could take lessons on Customer Service from you guys!

My mother, who is doing very well after her minor stroke, is now proudly wearing her lanyard with her Guardian button at the ready, if ever she needs it, and our families are relieved that she knows how to work it and promises to use it if necessary. I’ve worn my Guardian alert “panic button” for at least six years.
No other emergency help compares with it! Thank you for making it available.
Two years ago I tripped over my very heavy handicap office chair. It fell on top of me and I could not extricate myself. I am so-called “handicapped.” My Guardian Alert got me help very quickly. I live alone. Three years ago I awoke one night to discover my bed and gown soaked with blood. When I tried to stand, I collapsed. Again, my Guardian Alert saved me – the ambulance was here within 10 minutes. A massive bleed from 2 gastric ulcers put me in the hospital for six days. I would have died had it not been for my Guardian Alert within reach that night.
