Roscoe Rite-Neb 4 Nebulizer SystemProduct DescriptionRoscoe's Rite-Neb 4 Compressor Nebulizer provides better patient compliance and delivers better output for faster, efficient treatments. It is quiet at less than 65 decibels and compact and lightweight at mere 2.73 lbs. Rite-Neb 4 is a portable medical device that is used to aerosolize the medication, inhaled through a mouthpiece or mask. A nebulizer may be used instead of a metered dose inhaler. Rite-Neb 4 consists of a compressor unit, nebulizing attachments, a disposable nebulizer kit, and a reusable Tru-Neb kit (Optional) Includes:- Compressor

Setting Up Compressor Nebulizer:- Place the compressor on a clean, dust-free, stable and flat surface. Check the filter monthly or every 10-12 treatments and replace if dirty, clogged, or wet to ensure proper operation.
- Make sure tubing and accessories have been cleaned and/or disinfected before first use and after last daily treatment.
- Remove the nebulizer cap by twisting counter-clockwise until it stops and lift up.
- Fill nebulizer cup using eyedropper or syringe with prescribed medication. Do not fill more than 5 ml per treatment.
- Close the nebulizer cap and turn clockwise until it is tightened.
- If using a mask, press it directly into the outlet of the Nebulizer cap.
- If using the mouthpiece, firmly attach it into one end of the tee. The corrugated tube should be attached to the opposite end of the tee. Then attach the remaining end of the tee to the Nebulizer cap.
- Press one end of the tubing firmly onto the air outlet on the front of the compressor unit. It is important that the tubing be pushed firmly all the way onto the air outlet of the compressor unit
 - Firmly press the other end of the tubing onto the bottom of the nebulizer cup.

Operating the Compressor Nebulizer:- Take the power cord out and plug into an electrical outlet.
- Locate the power switch on the unit and switch it to the "on" position.
- Check for moisture leakage near connections.
- Hold the air intake near the nose. If using an optional mask, put the mask on the face. If using a mouthpiece, hold it in the mouth.
 - Inhale the liquid medication moisture.
- When liquid medication is depleted, turn the power switch to the "off" position.
- For optimal performance operate the unit 20 minutes on then leave off for 40 minutes.
- Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Detach the tubing and accessory from the compressor unit.
- Clean and sterilize tubing and accessories.
Safety Instructions:
- Do not place or store the product where it can fall or be knocked into bathtub, sink, water or other liquid
- Always unplug immediately after using
- Do not reach for a product that has fallen into water or any other liquid
Warning:
- Check the serial number label before use
- Keep all electronics cord away from heated surface
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening
- Do not use nebulizer while operating a vehicle
Cleaning And Disinfecting:
- Be sure that the compressor is not plugged into an electrical outlet before cleaning
- Wipe it with disinfectant wipe
- Wait 2 minutes and than wipe the unit down
- Allow the unit to air dry
